Summary
Eating disorders and substance use concerns are frequently underreported when clients are reaching out for care in general outpatient settings. It's not uncommon for counselors who don't specialize in these issues to find themselves unsure of how to proceed when these issues become apparent barriers to treatment goals.
In this webinar we'll address common questions and concerns for counselors who don't specialize in Eating Disorders or Substance Use Disorders including accurate diagnosis, referral options, and how to build a care team.

LCSWA, LCASA is an outpatient therapist specializing in eating disorders and substance use treatment. She has worked with adolescents and adults in IOP, inpatient, and intensive in home recovery settings. She regularly offers training and speaking engagements for therapists in the Raleigh area.
